Enrolling in Benefits

There are two ways for you to enroll: online or over the phone.

Enroll Online

To enroll in the Total Rewards Café, first follow these instructions to log in the first time:

  1. Access the Total Rewards Cafe. Click the Total Rewards Café Login button in the top right corner of the site.
  2. Click First time visiting? Register Now! On the Log In page, click First time visiting? Register Now! below the Password field. 
  3. Validate your identity. On the First Time User page, validate your identity by entering the following information: Social Security number, first name, last name, and date of birth. Then click Continue.
  4. Create a username and password. After creating your username and password, click Continue. You will be directed to the Log In page.
  5. Enter your username and password. Log in using the username and password you just created.
  6. Establish two security questions. After logging in, you will have to choose and answer two security questions. Then click Save and you will be taken to the Total Rewards Café home page.

If you have questions or have problems logging in to the Total Rewards Café or enrolling in your benefits, contact the Sysco Benefits Center at 1-800-55-SYSCO (1-800-557-9726) Monday–Friday 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Central Time. 

Enroll Over the Phone

Call the Sysco Benefits Center at 1-800-55-SYSCO (1-800-557-9726). Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST.

Note: You are responsible for ensuring that your benefit elections are correct. Be sure to check the confirmation you receive after submitting your elections online (or by mail if enrolled by phone) for new hire, Benefits Enrollment or a change in status. You can access your elections online 24/7 by visiting the Total Rewards Café. Please be aware that changes to your benefits may result in retroactive payroll deductions, depending on the coverage effective date and when benefits elections/changes are made.
