In 2024, Sysco will contribute $250 for individual and $500 for family coverage to your Health Savings Account to help you lower your out-of-pocket costs and save more. The 2024 IRS contribution limits are $4,150 for individual coverage and $8,300 for family coverage levels and include the Sysco contribution. If you are age 55 or older, you can contribute an additional $1,000.

In 2024, you can contribute up to $3,200 to the Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA) to reimburse yourself for eligible medical, dental, and vision care for yourself and your dependents. Anyone can contribute to the HCFSA, except for HSA Medical Plan participants.

You will only be able to carry over a maximum of $640 from 2024 to 2025 for use in 2025.

In 2024, you can contribute up to $3,200 to the Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account (LPFSA) to reimburse yourself for eligible dental and vision expenses ONLY for yourself and your dependents.
