RethinkCare offers the following parent support services, at no cost to Sysco colleagues:

- Teach your child crucial skills in socialization, language, self-help academics, and employment.
- Decrease problem behaviors and improve your home environment.
- Collaborate more effectively with school and other caregivers.

Autism Support Therapy
The Medical plans cover Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy, Autism Spectrum Disorder Behavioral Therapy, advocacy services, and additional therapies upon confirmation of medical necessity.
For qualified participants, these therapies improve social, communication, and learning skills through reinforcement strategies.
