Sysco Benefits Center Transition

We are excited to announce that the Sysco Benefits Center has a new administrator! Services have transitioned to bswift. To view and manage your benefits and qualifying life events, click on the Total Rewards Café button at the top of this page or call 1-800-55-SYSCO. To set up your new Total Rewards Café username and password, follow these login instructions. We encourage you to do this by September 15.

How do I log into the Total Rewards Café?

Simply click on the Total Rewards Café button at the top of this page. The first time you log in you will need to set up a new username and password by following these instructions. This will only take you about 5-10 minutes to get it set up. Once you get set up, you will use that same username and password to access the site every time.

Who Is bswift?

bswift provides flexible solutions to fit Sysco’s unique corporate benefits program. The bswift customer service representatives are skilled in providing streamlined end-to-end services. bswift provides flexible and agile solutions to support Sysco as our organization grows and our benefit strategy evolves.

bswift Mobile App

Once you set up your new Total Rewards Café username and password, download the bswift app. On the bswift mobile app, you can navigate to the Total Rewards Café, check plan details and beneficiary information, upload new dependent verification documents, and more.

Go to Apple App Store or Google Play and search for "bswift benefits." Enter the company code syscobenefits and log in with your new Total Rewards Café username and password.

If You Are a New Hire

Are you a new hire or newly eligible for Sysco benefits as of September 1, 2023? You can now go in and enroll in your benefits. Follow these instructions to log into the Total Rewards Café. Once you are logged in, you can enroll in your benefits.

As of May 18, Dependent Verification Services (DVS) were suspended at Alight. As of September 1, 2023, bswift has resumed administration of DVS. You will be contacted if you need to provide DVS documentation.

Log In By September 15

As of September 1, 2023, all of your personal information and data was automatically transferred to the Total Rewards Café, but you should verify that it is correct in the new system. We encourage you set up your new username and password by September 15 and then review your information on the site. If it is not correct, contact the Sysco Benefits Center.

If You Are in a Union

If you have a local union membership and also participate in Sysco's Corporate Benefits Program, you will not experience any changes to your benefits offerings as a result of this transition. However, you will experience improved administration of your benefits coverage!

Unpaid Leave Paying Direct Bill, Retirees, or COBRA Enrollees

The transition from Alight to bswift impacted the automatic payments that you may have setup for your coverage. Your banking information (referred to as ACH: Automated Clearing House) was not  transferred to bswift. On or after September 14 you must go in and set this up to avoid delays of your coverage payments. You can find instructions on how to do that here. Benefits coverage will continue.
