As of September 1, the Sysco Benefits Center has a new administrator, bswift. Colleagues will continue to use the Total Rewards Café and access it on the home page of SyscoBenefits.com. bswift provides an intuitive platform that guides colleagues through their benefits experience from start to finish.
Read this page carefully. At the bottom of the page you will find links to FAQs, other materials, and the splash page we’ve created for colleagues.
You play a key role in the success of this transition. When colleagues come to you with questions in the coming weeks, make sure you’re prepared to answer them. Read the FAQs related to the transition, and review the splash page we've created for colleagues.
In addition, we are asking HRBPs to post the screen ads shown below at your location during the dates indicated.
As of September 1, Alight no longer administers benefits for these individuals. This impacts the automatic payments they may have set up for their coverage. Your banking information (referred to as ACH: Automated Clearing House) was not transferred to bswift. On or after September 14 they must go in and set this up to avoid delays of coverage payments. You can find instructions on how to do that here. Benefits coverage will continue.
The restricted period has ended.
Any colleagues who experienced a qualified status change during the restricted period can now record that change in the Total Rewards Café or by calling the Sysco Benefits Center. Colleagues must still record the change within 31 days of the qualifying status change (including the date of the event), per IRS rules.
In the case of new hires or newly eligible colleagues, they can now enroll in benefits through the Total Rewards Café or the Sysco Benefits Center. Colleagues must enroll within 31 days of their dates of hire or eligibility dates.
